New Gallery on Old Bailey is delighted to announce the joint exhibition of the Spanish based artists represented by YLHY® ARTSPACE first major show in Asia. The works of these artists were created during the last three years. It shows the influence of a particular context, the distance from the known and daily, spaces reference, their shapes and colours. The artist’s works allows the viewers to take the time to find what is non-obvious and draw their own conclusions. The collages, paintings and drawings are executes masterfully creating a personal, poetic and fantastic universe that piques our curiosity. Every disparate picture is populated with pattern, objects composing the sophisticated images with both familiar and distant environments. The paintings are blend of emotions, traces, fragment that blind with time; search and discovery; a possible end and a new beginning guaranteed. Here, history and artifact are re-evaluated and resembled to establish to a new fiction with scenes occurring beneath the surface of everyday human interactions.

YLHY® ARTSPACE presenta “PILAR LACRUZ”, la exposición individual de la artista Pilar Lacruz. La inauguración tendrá lugar el jueves 9 de febrero, de 20 a 23 horas, en nuestro espacio artístico.

Para la ocasión nuestra comisaria, Dora Albardíaz, ha hecho una selección de sus mejores obras de estos últimos años, de sus series: Tramas, Tangran y Tratam, así como de las nuevas pinturas en las que ha estado trabajando a lo largo de estos últimos meses.

SUPERMERCADO DEL ARTE (20/12/2011 – 02/02/2012)

“El próximo martes 20 de diciembre, de 18h30 a 20h30, dará comienzo nuestro Supermercado del Arte que finalizará el 2 de febrero. Este evento contará con interesantes propuestas de artistas españoles (María Dolores Sánchez, Chimo Serrano y Luisa Sánchez), argentinos (María del Mar Monty) y rusos (Jenia Maslova) en diferentes técnicas. Os invitamos a sorprender en estas fechas a vuestros familiares y amigos con una obra de arte: un cuadro, una fotografía, un libro arte o un collage.

Es una buena ocasión de conocer nuestra galería, para todos aquellos que no pudieron venir el día de nuestro inauguración, el pasado 29 de septiembre.
